Refund Policy

Subscriptions
You may cancel your Stagio subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to your plan until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
If you are unsatisfied with Stagio, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Credits
Unused generation credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
Payments & EU/UK Consumers
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's buyer terms and refund handling also apply. Consumers in the EU/UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases; by starting to use generations immediately you consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, which may limit that right to the extent permitted by law. Our 7-day no-questions-asked refund above applies regardless and is the controlling policy where it is more generous.
